Delivery & Returns
All orders will be sent in either 100% recycled or reused packaging.
Delivery on all UK orders is free!
After payment has been received, UK orders will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail. Most orders will be dispatched by the next working day, but during busy periods it may take up to two working days for your order to be dispatched. Please allow five working days to receive your products. It should not take that long, but if you still have not received your order within this time please contact email@example.com and I will sort out the problem.
Additional import duties and taxes may occur for international orders, these are the responsibility of the customer so check with your local customs office to find out if this will be an issue for you.
International postage will be determined by weight and can be estimated by using the shipping calculator on the 'cart' page before you check out. If your country does not appear on the shipping calculator list, or says 'We do not ship to this destination', please email firstname.lastname@example.org. I am more than happy to ship anywhere, but some country's shipping rates may not be on the system yet, so just let me know.

Royal Mail estimates a delivery time of three to five days within Europe, and five to seven days everywhere else in the world. Please allow 10 working days to receive your products. If you still have not received your order within this time please contact email@example.com and I will sort out the problem.
Hopefully you will love the products that you purchase but if for any reason you wish to exchange or return any items, Girl Against the Clones operates a 30 day returns policy. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin this process. Unwanted items must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition. The shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer and Girl Against the clones cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If any items are damaged during delivery to you, please email email@example.com to arrange a replacement.
